一、Eligibility

1)Applicant should be under the age of 45.

2)Applicant should be in good health both mentally and physically.

3)Applicant should be an academically excellent holder of bachelor degree or above, with bachelor graduation certificate and transcripts. Graduating undergraduates are supposed to provide a pre-graduation certificate by the school they are attending.

4)Applicant should be a citizen of a country other than the PRC.

5)Applicant should have no criminal record and no drug addiction history; Applicant should be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant school regulations.

6)Applicant should meet the admission requirements of the university of preference in terms of language proficiency.

7)All the applicants need to take the university entrance examination or assessment.

1. Application fee 400 yuan (non-refundable).

2. Seat fee 3000 yuan for degree programs (Seat fee works as pre-paid tuition and is non-refundable).

3. Insurance fee CNY800 / 1 Academic Year

四、Documents Required

Applicant should log in to the online application website (http://isam.zust.edu.cn)，fill in the information truthfully and upload the following application materials in the system as required:

1).Application Form for International Students of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology.

2).A scanned copy of the Passport Cover and Passport Information Page, scanned copies of all visa pages in China;

3).Scanned copy of the notarized certificate of bachelor's degree (in Chinese or English); If the original certificate is not in English or Chinese, a notarized translation version is also required. Graduating students should provide pre-graduation certificate issued by the school they are studying in and summit the original bachelor's degree certificate during qualification review.

4).Notarized transcripts of all courses during undergraduate period (in Chinese or English). If the original transcript is not in English or Chinese, a notarized translation version is also required.

5).Language qualification certificates. For Chinese-taught programs, applicants must submit valid HSK reports with a score of 180 or above in HSK 5. For English-taught programs, applicants whose native language is not English are required to provide proof of English proficiency, such as IELTS, TOEFL or other English proficiency certificates, or pass the entrance English test of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. The IELTS score must be 6.0 or above, and the TOEFL iBT score must be 85 or above.

6).Transfer letter with class attendance for students who studied or are studying in other universities in China;

7).Certificate of no criminal record; no drug use or drug-related commitment letter.

8).Proof of bank remittance of application fee (CNY400 or USD65).

9).Statement of Financial Support (Bank statement to prove that the Applicants has sufficient fund to afford his or her tuition, accommodation and living expenses in China);

10).Foreigner physical examination form.

11).Two letters of recommendation (with a signature of a professor and the contact information of the professor)

12). Study Plan or Research Plan（written in Chinese or English）

NOTE: The application documents and application fee will not be returned whether the applicant is accepted or not.
