Urban Vocational College of Sichuan (UVCS) is a full-time private higher vocational college，located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Founded in 1999，it has more than 1,000 faculty members and 20,000 students.
UVCS has two campuses, located in Chengdu and Meishan respectively, covering an area of over 106,000m2 , building area over 600,000m2. UVCS has outstanding school strength, with library collection over 2 million and the total amount value of teaching instruments and equipment over 200 million yuan. It has 229 off-campus practical training bases and 232 practical training rooms on campus.
Chengdu Campus has fully equipped teaching and living facilities and is honored as a garden-style school because of its fantastic environment. It was once chosen to be the TV location.

1) In-room Facilities:
Room Type: Four-person rooms (the primary configuration).
Bed Structure: Features the standard "lofted bed with desk under" layout. The bed is on top, with a personal desk, wardrobe, and bookshelf below, ensuring both privacy and efficient space utilization.
Air Conditioning: All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is essential for comfort during both summer and winter.
Private Bathroom: Each room has an ensuite bathroom with hot water supply.
Balcony: Most rooms include a private balcony, convenient for drying clothes and providing ventilation and natural light.
Internet: Rooms are covered by the campus network. Students are required to apply for and set up their own campus broadband service.
2) Public Services within the Dormitory Building:
Laundry Room: Each dormitory building has a shared laundry room equipped with multiple automatic washing machines. Students can pay to use them conveniently by scanning a WeChat QR code.
Building Management: Each building is staffed with dorm supervisors (affectionately known as "Aunties"), who are responsible for daily management, handling maintenance requests, and security.
3) Amenities around the Dormitory Area:
Dining Halls: The campus has multiple student canteens offering a wide variety of affordable dishes to suit different tastes.
Supermarkets/Convenience Stores: On-campus supermarkets and convenience stores make it easy to purchase daily necessities, snacks, and beverages.
Sports Facilities: The campus features standard sports facilities, including an all-weather running track, basketball courts, and badminton courts.
Express Delivery Station: A designated Cainiao Post or express service center on campus makes sending and receiving packages very convenient.
