老挝甘蒙省教育代表团一行来校调研交流


四川城市职业学院讯(国际教育学院黄炎桦图/党委宣传部)9月24日,老挝甘蒙省教育厅厅长苏卡森・西提德率甘蒙省教育代表团一行6人来我校眉山校区调研交流。今年恰逢中老建交65周年暨"中老友好年",代表团本次来访聚焦职业教育互学互鉴,探寻中老两地职教领域务实合作新路径。四川师范大学国际交流合作处副处长张小平、项目专员雷乐珺随同来访。我校党委书记贾贵洲,副校长王雁、侯志春,各二级学院、国际合作部相关负责人参加接待。

Sichuan City Vocational College News (Photos by Huang Yanhua, International Education College / Party Committee Publicity Department) — On September 24, a six-member education delegation from Khammouane Province, Laos, led by Sukkasone Sithideth, Director of the Provincial Department of Education, visited the Meishan Campus of Sichuan City Vocational College for research and exchange. This year marks the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Laos and the China–Laos Friendship Year. Focusing on mutual learning and exchange in vocational education, the visit aimed to explore new pathways for practical cooperation in vocational education between the two sides. Zhang Xiaoping, Deputy Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation at Sichuan Normal University, and project specialist Lei Lejun accompanied the delegation. Jia Guizhou, Secretary of the College Party Committee; Vice Presidents Wang Yan and Hou Zhichun; and relevant heads of secondary colleges and the International Cooperation Department participated in the reception.

代表团一行先后实地参观考察了智慧教室、城市轨道交通实训室、口腔医学实训室、超声影像实训室、低空经济技术创新中心及图书馆,详细了解我校实训场地建设、实验设备配置及实践教学开展情况,代表团对我校完善的实训办学条件给予高度评价。

The delegation visited the smart classrooms, urban rail transit training room, dental medicine training room, ultrasound imaging training room, low-altitude economy technology innovation center, and library. They learned in detail about the College’s training facilities, laboratory equipment, and practical teaching programs, and spoke highly of its well-developed facilities and conditions for vocational education.

随后,双方举行座谈交流。学校党委书记贾贵洲致欢迎辞。他代表学校对老挝甘蒙省教育代表团的来访表示热烈欢迎。他表示,中老两国山水相连、睦邻友好,教育是促进民心相通的重要纽带。学校坚持开放办学,积极推进"中文+职业技能"项目,面向东盟、非洲布局鲁班工坊、海外工坊建设,招收多国来华留学生。希望以本次访问为契机,探索师生互访、资源共享、校企联动、项目共建等多元合作模式,推动中老职业教育交流常态化、合作实质化,助力中老命运共同体建设走深走实。

Following the tour, both sides held a meeting for discussion and exchange. Jia Guizhou, Secretary of the College Party Committee, delivered a welcome address, extending a warm welcome to the delegation from Khammouane Province. He noted that China and Laos are close neighbors with a longstanding tradition of friendship, and that education serves as an important bridge for fostering mutual understanding between their peoples. The College remains committed to international engagement and actively promotes the “Chinese Language + Vocational Skills” model, developing Luban Workshops and overseas workshops across ASEAN and Africa, while welcoming international students from various countries to study in China. He expressed hope that this visit would serve as an opportunity to explore diverse forms of cooperation, including faculty and student exchanges, resource sharing, university–enterprise collaboration, and joint project development, thereby promoting regular exchanges and substantive cooperation in China–Laos vocational education and advancing the building of a China–Laos community with a shared future.

老挝甘蒙省教育代表团代表致辞,对学校的热情接待表示感谢,介绍了甘蒙省职业教育发展现状与本地人才培养需求,表达了与我校深化教育合作的意愿,期待双方建立长效沟通渠道,促进职业教育资源互通共享。

A representative of the Khammouane Province education delegation expressed gratitude for the College’s warm reception, introduced the current development of vocational education in the province and local talent development needs, and conveyed a strong interest in deepening educational cooperation with the College. The representative also expressed hope that both sides would establish long-term communication channels to facilitate the exchange and sharing of vocational education resources.

副校长侯志春向来访嘉宾介绍学校办学成效和国际合作交流情况。学校与全球70余所院校、教育机构建立合作关系,在加纳、加蓬、乍得、坦桑尼亚、越南等地开展多项海外职教项目,输出本土化职教标准和双语教材,进行海外技能培训。目前有30余名老挝留学生在校学习,学校已在老挝共建"巴蜀工坊",开展员工技能培训与学生境外实习实训,具备与老挝开展深度合作的扎实基础。与会双方围绕留学生培养、专业共建、师资交流、海外实训基地建设、校企协同育人等议题进行深入交流,交换合作思路,为后续项目推进奠定基础。

Vice President Hou Zhichun introduced the College’s educational achievements and international cooperation and exchange initiatives to the visiting guests. The College has established partnerships with more than 70 universities and educational institutions worldwide and has implemented various overseas vocational education projects in Ghana, Gabon, Chad, Tanzania, Vietnam, and other countries. These initiatives include sharing locally adapted vocational education standards and bilingual teaching materials, as well as providing overseas skills training. More than 30 students from Laos are currently studying at the College. In Laos, the College has jointly established the “Bashu Workshop” and provided employee skills training and overseas internships and practical training for students, laying a solid foundation for deeper cooperation with Laos. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on international student training, joint development of academic programs, faculty exchanges, overseas practical training bases, and collaborative talent development between colleges and enterprises. They exchanged ideas on potential cooperation initiatives, laying the groundwork for future projects.

此次交流访问为学校与老挝甘蒙省教育主管部门搭建了良好的合作平台。下一步,学校将持续发挥职业教育特色优势,依托"中文+职业技能"模式,推进中老两国在人才联合培养、教学资源共建共享等方面的务实协作,以职业教育交流深化中老两国人民情谊,服务共建"一带一路"高质量发展。

This visit established a valuable platform for cooperation between the College and the education authorities of Khammouane Province, Laos. Moving forward, the College will continue to leverage its strengths in vocational education and build on the “Chinese Language + Vocational Skills” model to promote practical collaboration between China and Laos in joint talent development and the co-development and sharing of educational resources. Through vocational education exchanges, the College will further strengthen the friendship between the peoples of China and Laos and contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
