2026年8月28日，由漳州科技职业学院承办的科摩罗旅游资源管理研修班正式开班。本次研修班汇聚科摩罗政府部门官员、文旅行业骨干参训，搭建起中科两国文旅领域互学互鉴、务实交流的重要平台，持续深化双边人文交往与产业发展协作。
On August 28, 2026, the training course organized by Zhangzhou Vocational University officially commenced. This training course brought together officials from the Comoros government and key figures in the cultural and tourism industry, providing a vital platform for mutual learning, practical exchange, and continued collaboration in the cultural and tourism sectors between China and Comoros.
漳州市商务局外经科科长吴岚薷女士，漳浦县政府新闻办主任赵弘先生，漳浦县政府外事科分管领导张莉女士，漳浦县商务局二级主任科员蔡尧盛先生，漳浦县文化体育和旅游局旅游服务中心主任陈志惠先生，漳州科技职业学院校长李奠础教授、副理事长黄铁枝副研究员等领导嘉宾出席开班仪式。
The opening ceremony was attended by key figures including Ms. Wu Lanru, Director of the Foreign Trade Department of the Zhangzhou Municipal Government; Mr. Zhao Hong, Director of the News Office of Zhangpu County Government; Ms. Zhang Li, Head of the Foreign Affairs Department of Zhangpu County Government; Mr. Cai Yaosheng, Senior Officer of the Zhangpu County Commerce Bureau; Mr. Chen Zhihui, Director of the Tourism Service Center of the Zhangpu County Bureau of Culture, Sports, and Tourism; Professor Li Dianchu, President of Zhangzhou Vocational College; and Mr. Huang Tiezhi, Vice-President of the College.
开班仪式上，漳州市商务局外经科科长吴岚薷女士指出，科摩罗素有“月亮之国”“香料之国”美誉，拥有得天独厚的海岛生态风光、独特的民俗文化，旅游资源禀赋突出，文旅产业发展潜力巨大。文旅产业既是富民绿色产业，也是推进国家间人文相通的重要载体。我国在旅游资源挖掘保护、文旅项目开发运营、文旅产业融合发展等方面积累了丰富实践经验。本次研修班精准对接科摩罗旅游资源管理现实需求，分享中国文旅发展实践路径，助力科摩罗提升旅游资源开发管护能力、赋能文旅产业提质升级。期待以本次研修为纽带，持续拓宽中科经贸、文旅、人文多领域交流合作，推动两国友好合作关系走深走实。
During the inauguration ceremony, Ms. Wu Laniu, Director of the Foreign Trade and Economy Department of Zhangzhou Municipal Government, highlighted that Comoros is renowned as the "Island of the Moon" and the "Spice Island," boasting unique island ecosystems and distinctive folk culture. Its tourism resources are particularly abundant, presenting significant potential for the development of its cultural and tourism industry. The cultural and tourism industry is not only a vital driver of local economic development but also a crucial platform for fostering intercultural understanding. China has accumulated rich practical experience in exploring and protecting tourism resources, developing and operating cultural and tourism projects, and promoting the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industry. This training course is specifically designed to meet the practical needs of Comoros' tourism resource management, share China's experience in developing its cultural and tourism industry, and help Comoros enhance its capacity for developing and managing tourism resources, and promote the upgrading and improvement of its cultural and tourism industry. We hope that this training course will serve as a foundation for continued, in-depth collaboration in trade, culture, and human exchange, further strengthening the friendly relations between the two countries.
漳州科技职业学院校长李奠础教授作为承办方代表致辞。他介绍，学校深耕国家级援外培训工作多年，已累计承办58期援外培训项目，服务全球多个国家和地区，构建起成熟完备的援外培训体系，拥有专业师资队伍与完善的综合服务保障能力。本次科摩罗旅游资源管理研修班，是学校扩大教育对外开放、服务中非友好交流的重要实践。学校将科学打磨课程体系，优化教学组织与配套服务，抓实培训全过程质量，保障学员学有所获、学以致用。同时希望参训学员充分开展交流研讨，互鉴文旅发展经验，凝聚中科产业合作共识。
Professor Li Dianchu, the president of Zhangzhou Technological College, delivered the opening remarks as the organizer. He explained that the school has been actively involved in national aid training programs for many years, having successfully completed 58 training projects, serving numerous countries and regions worldwide. This has allowed the school to establish a mature and comprehensive aid training system, with a dedicated and well-equipped team. The recent Comoros tourism resource management training course is a significant step in the school's efforts to expand international education and foster collaboration with non-Chinese countries. The school plans to refine its curriculum, optimize teaching organization and support services, and ensure the quality of the entire training process, guaranteeing that participants will gain valuable knowledge and apply it effectively. Furthermore, the school hopes that participants will actively engage in discussions and exchange experiences, fostering a shared understanding of the development of cultural and tourism industries.
科摩罗学员代表扎尔哈特·巴卡尔女士代表全体学员上台致辞，她衷心感谢中国政府以及漳州科技职业学院提供宝贵的学习研修机会。她表示，科摩罗海岛生态、香料文化、多元民俗特色鲜明，旅游资源丰富但尚待进一步开发，迫切需要借鉴国外成熟发展经验。中国文旅产业发展的先进理念、资源管护模式、产业运营经验极具参考价值。全体学员将珍惜本次学习机会，潜心研学、积极交流，把本次研修学到的知识经验转化运用到本国旅游资源管理与文旅产业建设实践中，以学习交流为桥梁，不断增进中科两国人民深厚友谊，推动双方文旅领域务实合作落地见效。
Ms. Zahra Bakar, representing the Comoros students, delivered a speech on behalf of all the students, expressing sincere gratitude to the Chinese government and Zhangzhou Vocational College for providing this valuable learning and training opportunity. She stated that the Comoros islands boast a unique ecosystem, spice culture, and diverse ethnic traditions, with abundant tourism resources that require further development and benefit from established international experiences. The advanced concepts, resource management models, and industry operation experience of China's tourism and culture industry are highly valuable. The students will cherish this learning opportunity, engage in in-depth study and active exchange, and apply the knowledge and experience gained during this training to the management of tourism resources and the development of the tourism and culture industry in their own country. Through learning and exchange, they aim to strengthen the deep friendship between the people of China and Comoros and promote practical cooperation in the tourism and culture sectors.
本次科摩罗旅游资源管理研修班，是落实中非人文交流合作，深化中科友好往来的生动实践。下一步，漳州科技职业学院将持续发挥援外培训特色优势，不断深化与非洲各国在教育、文旅、产业等多领域交流对接，拓展国际交流渠道，为推动中外友好交往、构建更加紧密的国际合作格局贡献力量。
This training program in Comoros represents a practical implementation of the People's Republic of China's cooperation with Africa, and a deepening of friendly relations between China and Comoros. In the future, Zhangzhou Vocational Institute will continue to leverage its strengths in providing training, and will further strengthen cooperation with African countries in areas such as education, tourism, and industry. It will also expand international exchange channels, contributing to the promotion of friendly relations between China and other countries, and the building of a more closely integrated international cooperation framework.
