宁夏医科大学2026年中国政府奖学金国际暑期学校项目正式开营

2026 Chinese Government Scholarship International Summer School Program at Ningxia Medical University officially commenced

7月14日，宁夏医科大学中国政府奖学金国际暑期学校顺利开营。来自蒙古国31名学员齐聚校园，正式开启为期两周的中医药主题研学之旅，自治区党委外事工作委员会办公室涉外管理处相关领导，国际教育学院师生代表及全体暑期学校学员出席活动。开营仪式由国际教育学院院长韩晓宝主持。
On July 14th, the Ningxia Medical University Chinese Government Scholarship International Summer School successfully opened. Thirty-one students from Mongolia gathered on campus to officially begin their two-week study tour on the theme of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Relevant leaders from the Foreign Affairs Management Division of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Ningxia Autonomous Region Party Committee, representatives of faculty and students from the International Education College, and all summer school students attended the event. The opening ceremony was presided over by Han Xiaobao, Dean of the International Education College.

宁夏医科大学党委常委、副校长韩怀钦为仪式致欢迎辞，他对参加此次暑期班的全体学员表示诚挚欢迎，并详细介绍了我校的办学特色、医学教育发展优势以及本次暑期学校的中医药研学课程体系。同时，他寄语全体学员珍惜研学机会，潜心钻研中医药知识、感悟传统文化精髓，主动担当中外文化交流使者，积极搭建中蒙友好沟通的桥梁。
Han Huaiqin, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Ningxia Medical University, delivered a welcome speech at the ceremony. He extended a sincere welcome to all the participants of the summer program and gave a detailed introduction to the university's educational characteristics, advantages in medical education development, and the TCM research and study curriculum system of this summer school. He also encouraged all participants to cherish this learning opportunity, immerse themselves in the study of TCM knowledge, appreciate the essence of traditional culture, actively act as ambassadors for cultural exchange between China and other countries, and actively build bridges for friendly communication between China and Mongolia.

自治区外事工作委员会办公室涉外管理处处长马振东对本次暑期学校的顺利开营表示祝贺，鼓励蒙古国学员深耕研学内容、深度体验中华优秀传统文化，切实做到学有所获、研有所得。同时，要求全体学员严格遵守中国法律法规、强化安全防范意识，保障此次研修学习圆满完成。
Ma Zhendong, Director of the Foreign Affairs Management Division of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Autonomous Region, congratulated the Mongolian participants on the successful opening of the summer school and encouraged them to delve into the learning content, deeply experience the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and truly gain knowledge and insights. He also required all participants to strictly abide by Chinese laws and regulations, strengthen their safety awareness, and ensure the successful completion of this training program.

蒙古额图根大学随行教师代为宣读校长致辞，致辞中回顾了该校与宁夏医科大学长期以来在医学教育、学术研究等领域的扎实合作基础，期待以本次国际暑期学校为新起点，持续深化两校常态化、深层次交流合作，勉励参训学员勤学善思、互学互鉴，以研学增进了解、以交流凝聚友谊。学员代表也上台发言，表示将珍惜本次暑期研学机会，认真学习、积极沟通，用心感受中华文化，增进两国友谊。
A faculty member from Ertugen University of Mongolia read the president's address, which reviewed the long-standing and solid cooperative foundation between the university and Ningxia Medical University in medical education and academic research. The address expressed the university's hope that this international summer school would serve as a new starting point to further deepen the regular and in-depth exchanges and cooperation between the two institutions. The address encouraged the participants to study diligently, think critically, learn from each other, and enhance understanding through study tours and build friendships through exchanges. A student representative also spoke, expressing their commitment to cherishing this summer study tour opportunity, studying diligently, communicating actively, experiencing Chinese culture firsthand, and strengthening the friendship between the two countries.

开营仪式结束后，暑期学校围绕在华安全教育与法律法规专题开展了首堂课程。
Following the opening ceremony, the summer school held its first session, focusing on safety education and relevant laws and regulations in China.

此次暑期学校的举办，搭建了中蒙两国师生文化交流与教育合作的高水平平台。作为宁夏地区高等医学教育的重要阵地，宁夏医科大学通过承办此次国际暑期学校项目，进一步加强了与蒙古国高校的合作，拓展了来华留学教育的多元路径。项目以中医药文化为纽带，以文化交流促进民心相通，为推动教育对外开放与中医药文化国际传播注入了新动力，也为深化中蒙两国医学教育合作奠定了坚实基础。
This summer school has established a high-level platform for cultural exchange and educational cooperation between teachers and students from China and Mongolia. As an important base for higher medical education in Ningxia, Ningxia Medical University has further strengthened its cooperation with Mongolian universities and expanded diverse pathways for international students studying in China by hosting this international summer school program. The program uses traditional Chinese medicine culture as a link to promote mutual understanding through cultural exchange, injecting new impetus into the opening up of education and the international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture, and laying a solid foundation for deepening medical education cooperation between China and Mongolia.
