国际中文教育创新与实践研讨会在银川圆满落幕 The International Symposium on Innovation and Practice in Chinese Language Education concluded successfully in Yinchuan
7月10日至12日，由宁夏医科大学主办，山东大学、山东第一医科大学、宁夏教育国际交流协会、宁夏国际中文教育协作联盟秘书处及外语教学与研究出版社协办的"国际中文教育创新与实践研讨会"在宁夏银川成功举行。本次会议以"数智赋能·融合提质：探索国际中文教育高质量发展新路径"为核心主题，汇聚全国多所高校的国际中文教育领域知名专家学者、一线教师及教学管理人员，围绕人工智能与国际中文教育深度融合、"中文+"人才培养体系构建、国际中文教育标准化建设与本土化实践等前沿议题展开深入研讨与交流。
From July 10th to 12th, the "International Symposium on Innovation and Practice in Chinese Language Education," hosted by Ningxia Medical University and co-organized by Shandong University, Shandong First Medical University, Ningxia Association for International Educational Exchange, the Secretariat of the Ningxia International Chinese Language Education Cooperation Alliance, and Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, was successfully held in Yinchuan, Ningxia. The symposium, themed "Digital Empowerment and Integrated Quality Improvement: Exploring New Paths for High-Quality Development of International Chinese Language Education," brought together renowned experts, scholars, front-line teachers, and teaching administrators from numerous universities across China in the field of international Chinese language education. They engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on cutting-edge topics such as the deep integration of artificial intelligence and international Chinese language education, the construction of a "Chinese+" talent training system, and the standardization and localization practices of international Chinese language education.
开幕式由宁夏医科大学国际教育学院院长韩晓宝主持。党委常委、副校长韩怀钦致欢迎辞。自治区教育厅对外合作交流处处长马建林、山东大学人文社科研究院副院长王彦伟先后致辞，向远道而来的各位专家学者表示热烈欢迎。来自40余所高校150多名留学生管理人员和国际中文教师参加了开幕式。
The opening ceremony was presided over by Han Xiaobao, Dean of the School of International Education at Ningxia Medical University. Han Huaiqin, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the university, delivered a welcome speech. Ma Jianlin, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Education Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Wang Yanwei, Vice Dean of the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences of Shandong University, also delivered speeches, extending a warm welcome to the experts and scholars who had traveled from afar. More than 150 international student management personnel and international Chinese language teachers from over 40 universities attended the opening ceremony.
本次会议汇聚了国际中文教育领域的多位知名专家学者。上海师范大学曹秀玲教授以汉语教学研究前沿成果为题作主旨报告，系统梳理了近年来汉语教学研究的最新进展与未来方向；山东大学周汶霏副教授围绕国际中文教育与新文科建设的融合路径分享研究成果；山东第一医科大学付宁教授从叙事医学的独特视角，探讨了国际中文教育的创新路径与实践可能；宁夏大学外国语学院执行院长刘艳晖就人工智能赋能语言教学与跨文化传播作专题发言。此外，宁夏医科大学副教授刘征、山东大学副教授校潇、中南财经政法大学副教授牛长伟等中青年学者也分别就各自研究方向作了精彩报告。专家们从理论研究、教学实践、技术应用等多个维度，为全体参会学者呈现了一场兼具深度与广度的高水平学术盛宴。
This conference brought together many renowned experts and scholars in the field of international Chinese language education. Professor Cao Xiuling from Shanghai Normal University delivered a keynote report entitled "Frontier Achievements in Chinese Language Teaching Research," systematically reviewing the latest developments and future directions in Chinese language teaching research in recent years. Associate Professor Zhou Wenfei from Shandong University shared her research findings on the integration path of international Chinese language education and the construction of new liberal arts disciplines. Professor Fu Ning from Shandong First Medical University explored innovative paths and practical possibilities for international Chinese language education from the unique perspective of narrative medicine. Liu Yanhui, Executive Dean of the School of Foreign Languages at Ningxia University, gave a special presentation on artificial intelligence empowering language teaching and intercultural communication. In addition, young and middle-aged scholars such as Associate Professor Liu Zheng from Ningxia Medical University, Associate Professor Xiao Xiao from Shandong University, and Associate Professor Niu Changwei from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law also gave excellent reports on their respective research directions. The experts presented a high-level academic feast with both depth and breadth, covering theoretical research, teaching practice, and technological applications.
会议期间，学术交流氛围浓厚热烈、成果丰硕。大会精心设置主旨报告会场和"中文+医学"教学实践专场等多个专题板块，覆盖汉语教学研究前沿、"中文+"复合型人才培养、国际中文教育标准化建设、本土化教材开发等多个前沿领域。专家学者们围绕汉语教学研究的方法论创新、国际中文教育与新文科建设的融合路径等关键方向深入研讨，提出"中文+医学"融合创新的新思路、新路径；聚焦医学汉语课程体系建设、教材开发、教学模式创新等行业热点，分享一线教学实践中的探索成果与经验反思。在人工智能与语言教学这一新兴领域，与会学者重点聚焦AI赋能语言教学模式变革、智能教学工具开发应用、线上线下混合式教学等前沿方向，围绕数智技术如何深度融入国际中文教育全流程等关键问题展开热烈探讨，为教学提质增效提供了新思路。此外，国际中文教育标准体系建设、跨文化传播能力培养、区域国别化教学实践等领域的研讨同样精彩纷呈，彰显了当代国际中文教育多学科交叉融合、协同创新的鲜明发展特色。
The conference fostered a vibrant and fruitful academic exchange. It featured keynote speeches and a special session on "Chinese + Medicine" teaching practices, covering cutting-edge research in Chinese language teaching, the cultivation of "Chinese +" interdisciplinary talents, the standardization of international Chinese education, and the development of localized teaching materials. Experts and scholars engaged in in-depth discussions on key areas such as methodological innovation in Chinese language teaching research and the integration of international Chinese education with the development of new liberal arts disciplines, proposing new ideas and pathways for the integration and innovation of "Chinese + Medicine." They also focused on industry hotspots such as the construction of medical Chinese curriculum systems, textbook development, and innovative teaching models, sharing their explorations and reflections from frontline teaching practices. In the emerging field of artificial intelligence and language teaching, scholars focused on cutting-edge directions such as AI-enabled transformation of language teaching models, the development and application of intelligent teaching tools, and blended learning. They also held lively discussions on key issues such as how digital technology can be deeply integrated into the entire process of international Chinese education, providing new ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of teaching. In addition, the discussions on the construction of international Chinese language education standards, the cultivation of intercultural communication skills, and regional and country-specific teaching practices were equally精彩纷呈 (splendid and diverse), highlighting the distinctive development characteristics of contemporary international Chinese language education, which is characterized by multidisciplinary integration and collaborative innovation.
与会专家一致认为，当前国际中文教育正面临新的机遇与挑战，唯有主动拥抱数智变革、深化协同创新，聚焦国家教育数字化战略需求，聚力教学模式创新、课程体系重构、产教融合协同发力，才能实现国际中文教育的内涵式高质量发展。
The experts at the meeting unanimously agreed that international Chinese language education is currently facing new opportunities and challenges. Only by proactively embracing digital transformation, deepening collaborative innovation, focusing on the needs of the national digital education strategy, and concentrating on innovation in teaching models, restructuring of curriculum systems, and collaborative efforts in industry-education integration can we achieve high-quality, intrinsic development of international Chinese language education.
此次学术盛会的成功举办，搭建了高水平的学术交流平台，促进了前沿思想的碰撞与融合，对主办高校的国际中文教育学科建设具有重要意义。作为宁夏地区国际中文教育的重要阵地，宁夏医科大学通过承办此次高水平学术研讨会，进一步加强了与国内顶尖高校及行业机构的深度合作，搭建了学术交流、人才培养、成果转化的优质平台，为西部地区国际中文教育人才队伍建设、教学改革创新突破、产学研协同发展注入了强劲动力，也为推动国际中文教育高质量发展奠定了坚实基础。
