会议开篇，全体队员共同观看2025年度“感知中国 知行华夏”实践团纪实视频。视频回顾去年实践队伍走访古村、社区、企业、港口的实践行程。一幕幕跨文化互动、实地走访的画面，让新队员直观感受项目初心与实践价值，在传承延续中凝聚起同心同行的实践共识。
At the beginning of the meeting, all team members watched a documentary video about the 2025 “Perceiving China, Understanding China” practice program. The video reviewed the activities carried out by the team last year, including visits to ancient villages, communities, enterprises, and ports. The scenes of cross-cultural interactions and field visits helped new team members understand the purpose and value of the project. This experience fostered a sense of unity and shared commitment among the team members.

国际交流学院胡盈盈老师细致解读本次实践行程安排。她逐一梳理各调研点位特色、实地走访任务、团队出行纪律与安全规范，围绕乡村振兴、基层治理、国际贸易、文化传承四大调研主线展开重点提示。胡盈盈老师勉励全体中外青年以本次实践为契机，走出课堂、走进华夏大地，用心观察记录，在城乡实景中触摸中国式现代化的鲜活基层样本，讲好宁波故事、中国故事。
Teacher Hu Yingying from the School of International Exchange provided a detailed explanation of the arrangements for this practical training program. She went over the characteristics of each research site, the tasks involved in on-site visits, as well as the rules and safety guidelines for team travel. She also emphasized key points related to four main areas of research: rural revitalization, grassroots governance, international trade, and cultural heritage. Teacher Hu encouraged all young people from China and abroad to take this opportunity to step out of the classroom and into the real world of China. They should observe and record everything carefully, gaining a firsthand understanding of China’s modernization process through experiences in both urban and rural areas. In doing so, they can tell the stories of Ningbo and China effectively.

马克思主义学院苗小露老师带来实践理论第一课。第一课围绕中国式现代化核心内涵、五大鲜明特征展开系统讲解，将宏观理论与本次实地调研点位深度结合。她鼓励队员带着理论思考走进基层，在现实场景中寻找属于青年的观察答案。
Teacher Miao Xiaolu from the School of Marxism delivered the first lesson on practical theory. The lesson provided a systematic explanation of the core concepts and five distinctive features of Chinese-style modernization, integrating macroscopic theories with the findings from the field research. She encouraged the participants to apply theoretical insights to grassroots situations and seek answers to questions relevant to young people through real-world experiences.

国际交流学院汤嘉琪老师针对调研报告撰写开展专项培训。她明确调研选题逻辑、文章框架、学术规范与写作标准，强调报告需兼具问题意识、实地观察与独立思考，要求中外队员结合自身国别视角形成兼具多元观点与现实依据的调研成果，立足一手走访素材展现真实调研思考。
Ms. Tang Jiaqi from the School of International Exchange conducted specialized training on how to write research reports. She explained the logic behind selecting research topics, the structure of reports, academic standards, and writing guidelines. She emphasized that reports should reflect a clear understanding of the issues being studied, be based on field observations, and require independent thinking. She urged participants from both Chinese and foreign backgrounds to incorporate perspectives from their respective countries, resulting in reports that incorporate diverse viewpoints and practical evidence. The reports should also be based on firsthand data collected through field investigations.

聚光文艺创作工作室主理人雎光宇为队员带来短视频、vlog拍摄制作实操分享。他结合短视频剪辑技巧、镜头叙事方法、日常随拍记录思路，指导大家用镜头留存实践瞬间，打造专属实践影像日记。雎光宇提出，影像记录是跨文化传播的优质载体，鼓励中外学子以自身视角拍摄见闻，用轻量化、生活化的短视频向海外展现生动鲜活的中国基层图景。
Ju Guangyu, the head of the Focus on Artistic Creation Studio, shared practical tips on shooting short videos and vlogs with the team members. He covered techniques for video editing, narrative methods using cameras, and ideas for capturing everyday moments. Ju Guangyu emphasized that visual recordings serve as an excellent medium for cross-cultural communication. He encouraged students from China and abroad to document their experiences from their own perspectives, using short, relatable videos to showcase the vibrant realities of Chinese life overseas.

系列培训结束后，全体队员按调研分组开展破冰交流，各组指导老师带队参与互动。中外学子围坐交流，分享自身专业背景、对本次实践的期待与疑问，为联合调研筑牢团队根基。
After the series of training sessions, all team members engaged in ice-breaking discussions by grouping according to their research areas. Instructors from both China and abroad participated in these interactions. Students from different countries sat together, sharing their professional backgrounds, expectations for the project, and any questions they had. This helped to build a strong team foundation for the joint research effort.
