  • Chinese Government Scholarship--Bilateral Program (Type A)
    The Ministry of Education of China will provide full scholarships or partial scholarships in accordance with the education cooperation and exchange agreements or memorandums concluded with relevant governments, institutions, schools or international organizations. Bilateral Program supports applicants of both degree programs and visiting programs.

    Beijing Jiaotong University Chinese Government Scholarship “Silk Road” Program Application Guide (Type B)
    由中国教育部设立,支持一带一路沿线国家留学生来华攻读本科、硕士学位。

    Established by the Chinese Ministry of Education, the program supports international students from Belt and Road countries to pursue undergraduate and master’s degrees in China.

    资助标准:免交注册费、学费、实验费和基本实习费;提供校内住宿;提供来华留学生综合医疗保险;提供生活费(本科生2500元人民币/月,硕士研究生 3000 元人民币/月)。

    Financial support: exemption of registration fee, tuition fee, laboratory fee and basic internship fee; on-campus accommodation; comprehensive medical insurance for international students; living expenses (RMB 2500/month for undergraduate students and RMB 3000/month for master students).

    获奖者每年须通过评审才能继续享受奖学金。

    Scholarship holders must pass the annual review to continue studying with scholarship.

    由中国教育部设立,支持留学生来华攻读硕士、博士学位。

    MOFCOM Scholarship
    MOFCOM Scholarship is set up by Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China to further strengthen the communication and cooperation between China and other countries as well as to develop talents for developing countries. Starting from 2015, MOFCOM Scholarship mainly sponsors the young and the middle-aged talents from recipient countries to pursue their postgraduate degree education in China. China Scholarship Council is entrusted to administer the Scholarship.

  • International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship
    Established by the Confucius Institute headquarters/Office of Chinese Language Council International, the scholarship is used to sponsor international students to study the major related to the international education of Chinese language in China. Applicants may make inquiries or applications to the Confucius Institute in various countries, Chinese language testing centers in foreign countries and Chinese embassies and consulates in foreign countries.
