腊八粥香，年味渐浓。1月26日，以“相聚留家庄，喜迎金马年”为主题的2026年浙江工业大学“留家庄”活动在朝晖校区温情开庄。国际学院25名寒假留校的学生满怀喜悦，与全校中外学子齐聚一堂，共同拉开新春盛宴的帷幕，提前感受浓郁的中国年味与浙工大的温暖关怀。

With the aroma of Laba porridge filling the air, the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival was gradually unfolding. On January 26, the 2026 “Stay at Home Village” event of Zhejiang University of Technology, themed “Gathering at Stay at Home Village to Welcome the Year of the Golden Horse”, was warmly launched at the Chaohui Campus. Twenty-five international students from the College of International Education who remained on campus during the winter vacation gathered with Chinese and international students from across the university to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival and experience the warmth and care of ZJUT.

Wu Juhui, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of the university, unveiled the “Stay at Home Village” event together with students who stayed on campus, officially opening this Spring Festival celebration filled with warmth and festive cheer. Laughter and joy filled the venue, creating a strong sense of togetherness and care for students spending the holiday on campus.

随后，精彩纷呈的新春游园会热闹登场。我院留学生沉浸式体验了多项中国传统文化活动，在互动与体验中近距离感受中华文化的独特魅力。

A lively Spring Festival fair followed, where international students immersed themselves in a variety of traditional Chinese cultural activities, experiencing the charm of Chinese culture through hands-on participation and interaction.

在“巧手迎春”环节中，留学生们剪窗花、写福字、拓印年画，在一笔一划、一剪一刻中体会中国民间艺术的精巧与新春的喜庆氛围。

During the “Creative Spring Traditions” activities, international students made paper cuttings, wrote the Chinese character “Fu,” and printed New Year pictures, discovering the delicacy of Chinese folk art and the joyful spirit of the Spring Festival.

在“美味传承”环节中，大家围坐一堂包饺子、品尝香甜的腊八粥，在热气腾腾的烟火气中感受中国春节所蕴含的团圆与温暖。

In the “Taste of Tradition” session, students gathered together to make dumplings and enjoy sweet Laba porridge, experiencing the warmth of reunion and the sense of family deeply rooted in Chinese New Year traditions.

此外，投壶等传统游艺项目也吸引了不少留学生参与，大家在轻松愉快的氛围中体验中国古代礼仪文化与传统娱乐的独特韵味。

Traditional games such as Touhu (pitch-pot) also attracted many international students, allowing them to explore the elegance and fun of traditional Chinese rituals and entertainment in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.

来自摩洛哥的留学生 ABOULKACEM HAMZA（中文名：云阳）已是第二年参加“留家庄”活动。他表示，学校的精心安排让他提前感受到了浓浓的中国年味，和大家一起包的饺子不仅味道好，更让他感受到家的温暖。

ABOULKACEM HAMZA, an international student from Morocco (Chinese name: Yun Yang), participated in the “Stay at Home Village” event for the second year. He shared that the thoughtful arrangements allowed him to experience the Chinese New Year in advance, and that making dumplings together not only tasted great, but also made him feel truly at home.
