6月19日，正是中国2026年的端午节。在艾叶飘香中，收到了巴西友人Silvia女士（中文名：西尔维亚）微信发来的端午节问候。同时，她还转发了一条重磅消息：巴西现任总统Lula（中文名：卢拉）于上半年签署了一项联邦法律（LEI N° 15.345 DE 12 DE JANEIRO DE 2026，注：巴西第15345号法律《针灸专业执业规范法案》，已在巴西《联邦官方公报》刊登生效），正式确立了中医针灸在巴西的合法地位，以立法形式肯定了其在巴西卫生健康保障体系中发挥的积极作用，以此推动巴西中医行业的规范化管理与可持续发展。
On June 19th, it was the Dragon Boat Festival in China for the year 2026. Amidst the scent of mugwort leaves, I received a Dragon Boat Festival greeting from my Brazilian friend, Ms. Silvia, via WeChat. She also shared important news: Brazilian President Lula signed a federal law earlier this year (LEI N° 15.345 DE 12 DE JANEIRO DE 2026). This law officially recognizes traditional Chinese acupuncture as a legitimate practice in Brazil. By enacting this law, Brazil acknowledges the positive role acupuncture plays in the country’s healthcare system, thereby promoting the standardized management and sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine in Brazil.
Silvia 是南京中医药大学多年的老朋友，她于上月刚带领巴西医疗界及科研领域的19位中医从业者和爱好者来到南京，完成了为期2周的“针灸临床进修班”的学习。在Silvia微信留言的字里行间，能明显感受到她对巴西中医针灸立法落地的激动心情。Silvia于2006年初次来到中国学习针灸，今年正好是20周年。她邀请到了当年与她一起在北京学习针灸的同班同学，也是来自巴西的老乡Otavio（中文名：奥塔维奥）先生，共同组队赴南京中医药大学进修，并以此纪念他俩与中国及中医结缘20周年。Silvia带队来南京已有12个年头，她从离中国最遥远的南美洲，几经周转来南京的根本原因就是她非常认同南京中医药大学无论在教学质量还是组织安排上始终秉持精益求精的治学态度，是中国名副其实的中医药教育的“摇篮”。Otavio是巴西圣保罗（São Paulo）一所中医针灸学校的校长，在开班典礼上讲话时几度哽咽落泪，他说，过去20年他在巴西创建的中医针灸学校已走上正轨，在创业的艰辛过程中，一直是中医的那种精、气、神在推动与激励着他；这是他第一次来南京，从半信半疑到渐入佳境，遇见南京与南京中医药大学成为他20周年庆收获的最大惊喜。结业典礼上Silvia动情地说道，来中国学习中医是她这辈子作出的最正确的决定，中医与中国重新塑造了她的人生与格局，并仍在不断地教会她更多更深层次的东西。
Silvia has been a long-time friend of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. Last month, she brought 19 traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and enthusiasts from Brazil to Nanjing for a two-week “Acupuncture Clinical Training Course”. In her WeChat messages, it’s clear how excited she is about the progress being made in regulating acupuncture in Brazil. Silvia first came to China to study acupuncture in 2006, and this year marks the 20th anniversary of that event. She invited Otavio, her classmate from those days who also comes from Brazil, to join her in Nanjing to commemorate their 20-year connection with China and traditional Chinese medicine. Silvia has led groups to Nanjing for 12 years now. The reason she traveled from South America, the farthest continent from China, is that she truly believes that Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine maintains a commitment to excellence in both teaching and organization.It’s truly the “cradle” of traditional Chinese medicine education in China. Otavio is the principal of a traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture school in São Paulo, Brazil. During the opening ceremony, he was moved to tears several times. He said that over the past 20 years, the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture schools he founded in Brazil have become successful. Throughout the difficult journey of starting these schools, it was the principles of traditional Chinese medicine—spirit, energy, and essence—that inspired and motivated him. This was his first time in Nanjing. From being skeptical at first, he gradually became convinced of the value of traditional Chinese medicine. Meeting Nanjing and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine was the biggest surprise of his 20th anniversary as a school founder. At the graduation ceremony, Silvia said emotionally that coming to China to study traditional Chinese medicine was the best decision she had ever made. Traditional Chinese medicine and China itself have transformed her life and perspective, and continue to teach her more and deeper things.
南京中医药大学传统意义上的国际教育“领地”过去主要集中在亚洲、欧洲、澳洲和北美洲的美加地区。近年来，南京中医药大学主动牵手拉丁美洲，开辟中医药交流“新航道”，来自巴西、智利、阿根廷等南美国家的国际短期学生显著增加。数据统计显示，在过去10年中（新冠疫情年份未纳入统计范畴），南京中医药大学来自拉丁美洲地区国际短期班生源排名前3位的国家分别是：智利91人次、巴西83人次、厄瓜多尔28人次。同时，来自墨西哥、古巴、委内瑞拉、哥伦比亚、秘鲁、尼加拉瓜、玻利维亚、萨尔瓦多、乌拉圭等拉美国家的学员也不鲜见。截至2026年6月，南京中医药大学来自拉丁美洲的生源，已覆盖该地区约70%的国家，学生数量呈现平稳上升趋势。
In the traditional sense, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine’s international education efforts have primarily focused on Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America. In recent years, the university has actively expanded its reach into Latin America, opening up new avenues for exchanges in traditional Chinese medicine. The number of international students from South American countries like Brazil, Chile, and Argentina has increased significantly. Over the past 10 years (excluding years affected by the COVID-19 pandemic), Chile ranked first with 91 students, followed by Brazil with 83 students and Ecuador with 28 students. Students from Mexican, Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, Peruvian, Nicaraguan, Bolivian, Salvadoran, and Uruguayan countries are also common. As of June 2026, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine has students from approximately 70% of Latin American countries, with a steady increase in the total number of students.
作为商务部、国家中医药管理局联合认定的首批“国家中医药服务出口基地”，南京中医药大学将“创新”融入教育产品设计，将“服务”意识贯穿到教学与管理整个环节，切实提升国际短期学生在“短平快”有限学习时间里的获得感与体验感。例如，在课堂与临床教学中贴心安排西班牙语及葡萄牙语同步翻译（注：西语与葡语为拉丁美洲最主要的两种官方语言），以线上“汉语桥”形式向南美学生讲述中国文化，为拉丁美洲的学生提供多种类奖学金选项，为拉美地区华人华侨及当地民众开设线上中医培训课程，借助中国驻该地区使领馆教育与商务参赞的牵线搭桥开展国际合作与交流……多管齐下，潜心开拓拉丁美洲这块中医药教育“新大陆”。正因如此，南京中医药大学于2025年成功获批国家中医药管理局立项的“亚非拉中医药国际教育培训基地”。
As one of the first “National Traditional Chinese Medicine Service Export Bases” jointly recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine integrates “innovation” into the design of educational programs and emphasizes a “service-oriented” approach throughout teaching and management. This helps to enhance the learning experience and satisfaction of international students who have limited time to study. For example, Spanish and Portuguese translations are provided during both classroom and clinical teaching. Online programs like “Chinese Bridge” are used to introduce Chinese culture to South American students. Various scholarship opportunities are offered to Latin American students. Online courses in traditional Chinese medicine are also provided for Chinese communities and local residents in Latin America. International cooperation and exchanges are facilitated through the efforts of Chinese diplomatic and business representatives in the region. Through these efforts, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine has successfully become one of the “International Training Centers for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Asia, Africa, and Latin America” approved by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2025.

南京中医药大学在迎接Silvia与Otavio带领的巴西班抵达南京时，特意为他俩准备了一束鲜花，这束鲜花的特别之处就在于它是一种学名叫“紫宛”的中药。它寄托着两层寓意：一是想感谢Silviad和Otavio，以及像他俩那样，为将中医药的种子播撒到拉丁美洲大地上而辛勤付出的无数个她与他；二是想告诉大家，经过多年浇灌与呵护，中医药之花正在巴西里约热内卢（Rio de Janeiro）的海滩边、阿根廷伊瓜苏（Iguazu）的瀑布旁、智利圣地亚哥（Santiago）的山谷里……悄然绽放，就像这束紫宛，花香四溢，沁人心脾，并能疗愈身心。
When Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine welcomed Silvia and Otavio and their team to Nanjing, they prepared a bouquet of flowers especially for them. What made this bouquet special was that it consisted of a traditional Chinese medicine called “Zi Wan”. This choice carried two meanings: first, it was a way to express gratitude to Silvia, Otavio, and all those who, like them, work hard to spread the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine throughout Latin America. Second, it symbolized that, after years of effort and care, the “flower of traditional Chinese medicine” is now blooming quietly along the beaches of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, beside the waterfalls of Iguazu in Argentina, and in the valleys of Santiago in Chile. Just like this bouquet of Zi Wan, its fragrance is refreshing and healing to both body and mind.
