No.5 Notarized Certificate of Highest Degree/Diploma Achieved | Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date; Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations. |
No.6 Notarized Academic Transcripts of Highest Education Achieved | In Chinese / English; Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations. |
No.7 Constructive Study/ Research Plan | In Chinese / English; This should be a minimum of 800 words. |
No.8 Two Recommendation Letters | Mandatory for postgraduate degree/non-degree program applicants; In Chinese / English; Must be written by professors/associate professors. |
No.10 Acceptance Letter from a NAU Supervisor | Mandatory for postgraduate degree/non-degree program applicants; The acceptance letter must be signed and approved by the master/doctoral supervisor of the discipline, otherwise it will be invalid. |
No.10 Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form | Can only be issued and printed by the Chinese Quarantine Authority; In Chinese / English; Strictly complete the entire examination with proper signature from medical professionals; The result of the medical examination has a time limit of 6 months. Please arrange the examination time accordingly. |

(The actual residence in a foreign country for 9 months can be calculated as one year, subject to the entry and exit records). |
