小学教育（师范）专业介绍

本专业以“名师引领未来名师”为宗旨，培养师德高尚、师能卓越、师艺突出的小学卓越教师以及从事小学教育教学研究、小学教育管理工作的专门人才，具有师德修养高、专业基础厚、学科知识宽、教学技能强、艺术素养全的人才培养特色。毕业后在小学、教师教育机构、教育科研机构和教育管理部门从事教学、教师教育、科研、管理工作。学习小学教育（师范）专业的学生需要具备如下特质：

Introduction to Primary Education Major

The aim of this major is to cultivate outstanding primary school teachers with noble professional ethics, outstanding teaching abilities, and outstanding teaching skills, as well as specialized talents engaged in primary school education research and management work, with the aim of "leading the future with famous teachers". It has the characteristics of high professional ethics, solid professional foundation, broad subject knowledge, strong teaching skills, and comprehensive artistic literacy in talent cultivation. After graduation, engage in teaching, teacher education, scientific research, and management work in primary schools, teacher education institutions, educational research institutions, and educational management departments. Students majoring in primary education (teacher training) need to possess the following characteristics:
