当地时间10月7日，斯坦福大学（Stanford University）与国际权威学术出版社爱思唯尔（Elsevier）联合发布2026年全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（World's Top 2% Scientists）。我校管理科学与工程学院教授王金亭荣登2026年全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单“终身科学影响力榜单” 。
On October 7, local time, Stanford University and Elsevier, a leading international academic publisher, jointly released the 2026 World’s Top 2% Scientists list. Professor Wang Jinting from the School of Management Science and Engineering at the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) was named to the Career-Long Impact category.
该榜单设置“终身科学影响力榜单（Career‑long Impact）”与“年度科学影响力榜单（Single‑year Impact）”两个序列，从全球近700万名科学家中，通过综合论文被引数、h因子、经合著者修正的hm因子、独立或第一作者论文引用等多项指标，筛选出全球排名前2%的科学家，覆盖22个学科领域、174个子领域。其中“终身科学影响力榜单”侧重评价科学家整个科研职业生涯的长期综合学术表现 。
The list comprises two categories: Career-Long Impact and Single-Year Impact. Drawing on a pool of nearly seven million scientists worldwide, it identifies the top 2% based on multiple indicators, including total citations, the h-index, the co-authorship-adjusted hm-index, and citations to papers authored independently or as the first author. The list covers 22 scientific fields and 174 subfields. The Career-Long Impact category focuses on evaluating scientists’ overall academic performance and influence throughout their research careers.
本次入选是国际学术界对王金亭教授多年深耕运筹学与管理科学领域的高度认可，充分彰显其持续提升的国际学术影响力，同时也体现出我校在推进有组织科研、加强高层次领军人才培育建设方面取得的扎实成效 。
Professor Wang’s inclusion recognizes his longstanding contributions to operations research and management science and highlights his growing international academic influence. It also reflects CUFE’s continued progress in advancing organized research initiatives and nurturing high-level academic leaders.
王金亭为中央财经大学二级教授、龙马学者特聘教授、博士生导师，中国运筹学会会士，教育部新世纪优秀人才，担任管理科学与工程学院学术委员会主任、学科带头人，学校第九届学术委员会委员，国家级一流本科专业“管理科学”建设负责人，学校“智能管理”交叉学科建设项目首席科学家；兼任中国运筹学会常务理事等职务。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目5项（2项管理科学部结题绩效评估获“特优”）、教育部新世纪人才计划等省部级以上课题20余项。多次入选Elsevier“高被引学者”以及斯坦福‑爱思唯尔全球前2%顶尖科学家系列榜单。担任Journal of the Operational Research Society《运筹学学报》《系统科学与数学》等多本国内外学术期刊编委。
Professor Wang is a university-level distinguished professor, a Longma Scholar Distinguished Professor, and a doctoral supervisor at CUFE. He is a Fellow of the Operations Research Society of China (ORSC), a recipient of the Ministry of Education’s New Century Excellent Talents program, and serves as Chair of the Academic Committee and discipline leader of the School of Management Science and Engineering. He is also a member of the university’s Ninth Academic Committee, director of the university’s nationally recognized first-class undergraduate program in Management Science, and chief scientist of the university’s interdisciplinary “Intelligent Management” initiative. In addition, he serves as an executive council member of the ORSC. Professor Wang has led five General Program projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two of which received an “Excellent” rating in the Management Science Department’s project completion performance evaluations. He has also undertaken more than 20 provincial- and ministerial-level or higher research projects, including those under the Ministry of Education’s New Century Excellent Talents program. He has been repeatedly recognized as an Elsevier Highly Cited Researcher and featured in the Stanford–Elsevier World’s Top 2% Scientists lists. He also serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals in China and abroad, including the Journal of the Operational Research Society, Journal of Operations Research, and Systems Science and Mathematics.
其研究成果刊发于Operations Research，Manufacturing & Service Operations Management，Production and Operations Management，EJOR，IJPE，IJPR，Queueing Systems，IEEE Transactions，Reliability Engineering & System Safety等国际知名期刊，累计发表140余篇SCI论文、50余篇SSCI论文；2016年出版独著中文专著《排队博弈论基础》（科学出版社），2026年出版英文专著Fundamentals of Queueing‑Game Models（Springer出版社和科学出版社）。先后获中国运筹学会青年科技奖、教育部霍英东高等院校青年教师奖、詹天佑铁道科学技术奖专项科技奖、中国运筹学会运筹研究奖、国际会议ISSSR最佳论文奖等多项学术奖励，并获评学校优秀研究生指导教师。
His research has been published in leading international journals, including Operations Research, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR), International Journal of Production Economics (IJPE), International Journal of Production Research (IJPR), Queueing Systems, journals published by IEEE, and Reliability Engineering & System Safety. He has published more than 140 SCI-indexed papers and over 50 SSCI-indexed papers. His publications include the Chinese-language monograph Fundamentals of Queueing Game Theory, published by Science Press in 2016, and the English-language monograph Fundamentals of Queueing-Game Models, published by Springer and Science Press in 2026. His honors include the ORSC Young Scientist Award, the Ministry of Education’s Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation Young Teacher Award, the Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award for Specialized Scientific and Technological Achievements, the ORSC Operations Research Award, and the Best Paper Award at the international ISSSR conference. He has also been recognized by CUFE for excellence in postgraduate supervision.
