中央财经大学召开2026全球博士生论坛 Central University of Finance and Economics held the 2026 Global Doctoral Forum
6月23日，中央财经大学2026全球博士生论坛在沙河校区图书馆报告厅开幕。校长马海涛，国家自然科学基金委管理科学部副主任吴刚，中国教育国际交流协会副秘书长王鲁新，教育部国际合作与交流司（港澳台办公室）国际组织处处长刘永强等出席论坛并致辞，诺贝尔经济学奖得主埃里克·马斯金发表视频致辞。来自美国芝加哥大学、斯坦福大学等世界顶尖高校的知名专家学者、海内外多个国家和地区的60余位高水平博士生、学校相关部门负责人以及师生代表参会。开幕式由副校长李涛主持。
On June 23, the 2026 Global Doctoral Forum of the Central University of Finance and Economics opened in the lecture hall of the library on the Shahe campus. President Ma Haitao, Wu Gang, Deputy Director of the Department of Management Sciences of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Wang Luxin, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Education Association for International Exchange, and Liu Yongqiang, Director of the International Organizations Division of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office) of the Ministry of Education, attended the forum and delivered speeches. Nobel Laureate in Economics Eric Maskin delivered a video address. More than 60 high-level doctoral students from top universities around the world, including the University of Chicago and Stanford University, as well as heads of relevant departments of the university and representatives of faculty and students, participated in the forum. The opening ceremony was chaired by Vice President Li Tao.

马海涛在致辞中介绍了中财大近年来的办学成果和国际化建设成效。他指出，本届论坛涵盖经济学、金融学、工商管理、数据科学与人工智能等多个前沿领域，连续举办三届以来已逐步发展为具有国际影响力的品牌学术活动。希望此次论坛能够为国内外学者搭建深度交流的平台，促进经验分享与学术合作，为推动构建更加开放、包容、创新的全球学术共同体贡献力量。
In his address, Ma Haitao introduced the achievements of the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) in recent years, as well as its progress in internationalization. He pointed out that this forum covers multiple cutting-edge fields, including economics, finance, business administration, data science, and artificial intelligence, and has gradually developed into a brand academic event with international influence over its three consecutive years. He expressed his hope that this forum will provide a platform for in-depth exchanges among scholars from home and abroad, promote experience sharing and academic cooperation, and contribute to building a more open, inclusive, and innovative global academic community.
吴刚在致辞中充分肯定了学校推动青年学者开展高质量研究的工作成效。他表示，国家自然科学基金委重视青年人才培养，支持本届论坛特设“青年学生基础研究项目”专题分论坛，鼓励全球青年学者分享研究进展与创新思想，共同促进学术创新。
In his address, Wu Gang fully affirmed the university's achievements in promoting high-quality research among young scholars. He stated that the National Natural Science Foundation of China values the cultivation of young talents and supports the establishment of a special sub-forum on "Basic Research Projects for Young Students" at this forum, encouraging young scholars worldwide to share their research progress and innovative ideas, and jointly promote academic innovation.
王鲁新在致辞中表示，全球博士生论坛为海内外青年学者搭建了优质科研合作与跨文化交流平台，期待各方以此次论坛为契机，共同推动学术资源共享与协同创新，为全球学术发展注入新的活力。
In his address, Wang Luxin stated that the Global Doctoral Forum has built a high-quality platform for scientific research cooperation and cross-cultural exchange for young scholars from home and abroad. He expressed his hope that all parties would take this forum as an opportunity to jointly promote the sharing of academic resources and collaborative innovation, and inject new vitality into the development of global academia.
刘永强在致辞中鼓励中外青年学者以全球视野关注人类共同发展问题，在互学互鉴中增进理解和友谊，为构建人类命运共同体贡献智慧。
In his speech, Liu Yongqiang encouraged young scholars from China and abroad to focus on issues of common human development from a global perspective, enhance understanding and friendship through mutual learning, and contribute their wisdom to building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Eric Maskin congratulated the forum on its opening and encouraged the doctoral students participating in the forum to promote academic progress with a rigorous and innovative spirit.
启动仪式上，马海涛、吴刚、王鲁新、刘永强和香港大学原副校长、中国工程院外籍院士申作军，中国科学院大学经济与管理学院院长、发展中国家科学院院士洪永淼，首都经济贸易大学校长吴卫星，浙江大学青山讲席教授、经济学院院长苗建军共同启动论坛。马海涛为博士生代表贝娅特丽兹·吉特纳授旗，标志着第三届全球博士生论坛正式启动。
At the launch ceremony, Ma Haitao, Wu Gang, Wang Luxin, Liu Yongqiang, Shen Zuojun (former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong and Foreign Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering), Hong Yongmiao (Dean of the School of Economics and Management of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Academician of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World), Wu Weixing (President of Capital University of Economics and Business), and Miao Jianjun (Qingshan Chair Professor and Dean of the School of Economics of Zhejiang University) jointly launched the forum. Ma Haitao presented a flag to Beatriz Gitner, a representative of doctoral students, marking the official launch of the 3rd Global Doctoral Forum.

主旨演讲环节，洪永淼、申作军、吴卫星、苗建军分别围绕宏观经济预测、供应链智能化、机器人技术与家庭收入分配、关税与通胀等前沿议题作报告，分享了理论创新与学术探索的最新进展。该环节由副校长李建军、陈斌开主持。
During the keynote speech session, Hong Yongmiao, Shen Zuojun, Wu Weixing, and Miao Jianjun delivered reports on cutting-edge topics such as macroeconomic forecasting, intelligent supply chains, robotics and household income distribution, and tariffs and inflation, sharing the latest progress in theoretical innovation and academic exploration. This session was chaired by Vice Presidents Li Jianjun and Chen Binkai.

The Global Doctoral Forum of the Central University of Finance and Economics has become a high-level brand event for deepening cross-cultural exchanges, promoting interdisciplinary integration, and strengthening international academic cooperation.
