December 14–15 | "2025 China Beijing International Wushu Competition" Concludes Successfully
The international student Wushu team from Beijing Sport University wrapped up the competition with outstanding results, securing 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and 1 bronze medal.
Their remarkable performance showcased BSU's international achievements in Wushu education and the vibrant energy of youth to the world!

Beijing Sport University fielded five international students from Russia, Malaysia, South Africa, and other countries to compete in the event. Under the expert guidance of Coach Tian Mengyi from the China Wushu Academy, and with the dedicated organizational support of team leaders Zhou Yaohu, Zhao Xinqi, and Cao Dingke, the athletes rose to every challenge with determination and grit. Their solid fundamentals, refined techniques, and poised composure on the competition floor earned widespread acclaim.

Lim Juexin, from Malaysia, captured the gold medal in the Men's Youth Changquan (Long Fist) event.

Tang Kohming, from Malaysia, captured the gold medal in the Women's Youth Changquan (Long Fist) event.

Filipp Sytnic, from Russia, captured the silver medal in the Men's Youth Baji Quan event.

Low Liheng, from Malaysia, captured the bronze medal in the Men's Youth Other Traditional Weapons event and placed fourth in the Men's Youth Other Traditional Barehand Forms event.

On the competition floor, five BSU international students from different continents moved with the swift power of rising wind and the crisp precision of gleaming blades. Their forms became a shared language, voicing a profound passion for Chinese Wushu; their stances served as brush and ink, sketching a cultural dialogue that traverses mountains and oceans. Every respectful Baoquan salute carried forward a thousand-year legacy of ritual and courtesy. Every interplay of hardness and softness embodied the ancient wisdom of Yin and Yang in perfect harmony.
