2026年6月26日，为加强校企合作和产教融合，服务地方社会经济发展，北京师范大学一带一路学院在珠海校区举办校友座谈暨就业指导交流会活动。学院海内外校友代表、教师代表、及企业界嘉宾等四十余人共聚一堂，畅谈成长经历，共绘职业蓝图。北京师范大学珠海校区国际交流与合作办公室主任郭侃俊、一带一路学院直属党支部书记张坤领、珠海市对外经济合作企业协会专职常务副会长兼秘书长申涛出席交流会并致辞。活动由一带一路学院院长助理詹沫闻主持。
On June 26, 2026, to strengthen university-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration, and to serve local socio-economic development, the Belt and Road School of Beijing Normal University held an alumni forum and career guidance exchange meeting at its Zhuhai campus . More than forty people, including alumni representatives from home and abroad , faculty representatives, and guests from the business community, gathered to share their growth experiences and jointly envision their career paths. Guo Kanjun, Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation of Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus , Zhang Kunling, Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Party Branch of the Belt and Road Initiative College, and Shen Tao, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Zhuhai Association of Enterprises for Foreign Economic Cooperation, attended the exchange meeting and delivered speeches. The event was chaired by Zhan Mowen, Assistant Dean of the Belt and Road School.
郭侃俊充分肯定了一带一路学院在培养知华友华国际人才方面的成果，并表示将持续支持学生参与国际交流与全球实践。申涛指出，珠海市对外经济合作企业协会作为广东省首批“企业走出去”服务联络站，将深化与一带一路学院合作，共同搭建企业与人才对接平台。张坤领向所有关心支持学院发展的校友与合作伙伴表示感谢。他表示，学院将加强与企业界合作，不断为“走出去”企业提供有力的国际人才支撑。
Guo Kanjun fully affirmed the achievements of the Belt and Road School in cultivating international talents who understand and are friendly towards China, and expressed his continued support for students' participation in international exchanges and global practice. Shen Tao pointed out that the Zhuhai Association for Foreign Economic Cooperation Enterprises, as one of the first batch of "Enterprises Going Global" service liaison stations in Guangdong Province, will deepen its cooperation with the Belt and Road School to jointly build a platform for connecting enterprises and talents. Zhang Kunling expressed his gratitude to all alumni and partners who care about and support the development of the academy . He stated that the academy will strengthen cooperation with the business community and continuously provide strong international talent support for enterprises "going global".
随后，MBA/MPA留学生校友代表围绕在华创业、就业及读博经历进行了主题分享，生动展现了留学中国的成长故事。企业代表则结合行业发展趋势，深入分析了当前人才需求特点，为毕业生提供了宝贵的就业建议。互动交流环节中，在读学生踊跃提问，就职业规划、实习实践等问题与校友及企业代表进行了深入探讨。多位校友还围绕学院校友工作、品牌建设与国际合作积极建言献策，建议加强校友联络机制、打造特色品牌活动、拓展海外合作网络，为学院发展注入持久动力。
Following this , MBA/MPA alumni representatives shared their experiences of starting businesses, finding employment, and pursuing doctoral studies in China, vividly showcasing their growth stories while studying abroad. Company representatives, combining industry development trends, provided in-depth analysis of current talent needs and offered valuable employment advice to graduates . During the interactive Q&A session, current students actively asked questions, engaging in in-depth discussions with alumni and company representatives on issues such as career planning and internships. Several alumni also offered suggestions on the college's alumni work, brand building, and international cooperation, recommending strengthening alumni liaison mechanisms, creating distinctive brand activities, and expanding overseas cooperation networks to inject lasting momentum into the college's development.
活动现场还举行了杰出校友荣誉授予仪式，以表彰2019届校友——委内瑞拉国民警卫队指挥官Yeniffer del Valle Lopez Lizcano在服务所在国发展及学院校友工作中的贡献。同时举行了企业家导师聘任仪式，以充实学院职业发展指导力量，助力人才培养与产业需求精准对接。
The event also included an award ceremony recognizing outstanding alumni , specifically Yeniffer del Valle Lopez Lizcano , a 2019 alumnus and commander of the Venezuelan National Guard, for his contributions to the development of his home country and to the college's alumni work. Additionally , an appointment ceremony for entrepreneur mentors was held to strengthen the college's career development guidance capabilities and facilitate a precise alignment between talent cultivation and industry needs.
This exchange was not only a career guidance session but also a transmission of spirit. The alumni's inspiring stories, the company's insightful observations, and the faculty's earnest expectations all converged to empower the students.
